Sign up your teen below for one-on-one lessons for with a Registered Dietitian to learn nutrition, knife skills, cooking proficiency, and meal preparation tailored to your child’s preferences. Teens will walk away with a personalized binder full of the recipes practiced, label reading, kitchen safety and techniques to navigate their own health journey.

4 Sessions total (meets weekly for a month).
In the 4 sessions, clients will learn knife skills, kitchen safety, nutrition basics; and make a breakfast, lunch and dinner meal.
Client keeps an apron and personalized binder of recipes made and fundamentals of nutrition.
$80 per session (includes food ingredients and supplies)

6 Sessions total (meets weekly)
In the 6 sessions, clients will learn knife skills, kitchen safety, and nutrition basics. They will make a breakfast, lunch and dinner meal; dessert session and food science lab.
Client keeps an apron and personalized binder of recipes made and fundamentals of nutrition.
$75 per session (includes food ingredients and supplies)

8 Sessions total (meets weekly)
In the 8 sessions, clients will learn knife skills, kitchen safety, and nutrition basics. They will make a breakfast, lunch and dinner meal; dessert session and food science lab. Client can choose 2 additional personalized session topics: (advanced nutrition; baking; meal prepping; homemade pasta; a specific meal item or sports nutrition)
